Terms of service
Last updated 2 November 2026. GTM Studio is run by KubeGraf. Questions: legal@kubegraf.io.
These terms are the agreement between your company and KubeGraf for GTM Studio. By creating a workspace you accept them for your company. If you do not have authority to bind your company, do not create a workspace.
1. The service
GTM Studio gives you software agents that research your company, find business leads through providers you connect, write and send emails, and draft and publish posts. The agents act for you, through your own accounts and keys, inside the limits described on our safety section.
2. Your account and workspace
You are responsible for the people you invite and for what they do in your workspace. Keep sign-in links and API keys private.
Each workspace has an owner. Only the owner can change billing, turn off dry run or sign a legal override.
3. Your responsibilities
You are the sender of every email and the publisher of every post made from your workspace. You must:
- follow our acceptable use policy;
- have a lawful basis to contact the people you contact, and honour every objection and unsubscribe;
- use data providers under their own terms, with your own keys;
- give a true sender identity and, for US recipients, a valid postal address.
4. Autopilot and approvals
You choose how much runs without a person: autopilot, approve the first few, or approve each one, per channel. Whatever you choose, the built-in rules still apply and can block an action. You can pause any agent or switch on dry run at any time.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. While live payments are off, checkout runs in Stripe test mode and no money is taken. Plan limits (workspaces, mailboxes, new contacts per month and the AI budget ceiling) are enforced by the service.
6. Your data
You own your data. We process it only to run the service for you, as set out in the data processing agreement and the privacy notice. You can export or delete your workspace at any time.
7. Suspension
We may pause sending or suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, or that puts other customers or the service at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and say why.
8. Warranties and liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise any number of replies, meetings or sales. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Each side’s total liability in a year is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period. After the workspace is deleted we delete its data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
10. Changes and law
We will give 30 days notice of material changes to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
