Acceptable use policy
Last updated 2 November 2026. GTM Studio is run by KubeGraf. Questions: legal@kubegraf.io.
GTM Studio is for business-to-business outreach and publishing that people would expect and can easily stop. Many of these rules are enforced by the product itself. Breaking them can lead to sending being paused or the workspace being suspended.
1. Data you may not use
- No scraping. Do not import or enrich data scraped from websites or platforms that do not allow it, including LinkedIn.
- No purchased or rented lists. Use data providers under their own terms with your own keys, your own customer data, or people who signed up with you.
- No community members as leads. People found on GitHub, Reddit, Hacker News, Slack, Discord and similar communities must not be stored as contacts or emailed. Their public threads may only be used to draft replies a person posts by hand.
- No special category data and no data about children.
2. Things you may not automate
- LinkedIn connection requests, messages, profile visits or any other LinkedIn automation. Only official company page posts and reads are allowed.
- Direct messages on any social network.
- Cold email through newsletter or transactional services (Resend, SendGrid, Postmark, Amazon SES, Mailgun, AgentMail). These are for opted-in mail only.
3. How you must send
- Use a true sender name and address, and a working unsubscribe link with one-click unsubscribe.
- Say where you got the person’s details.
- Include a valid postal address when emailing people in the United States.
- Only contact countries and types of business that the built-in country table allows, unless the owner has signed a legal override.
- Stay within the sending caps and the four-week ramp for new mailboxes. Do not work around an auto-pause.
4. Content
- No false or misleading claims. Blog drafts must source every factual claim.
- No spam, phishing, malware, harassment, hate or illegal content.
- No impersonation of another person or company.
5. The service itself
- Do not try to reach another customer’s data, probe or overload the service, or get around rate limits, budgets or plan limits.
- Do not resell access without our written agreement.
6. Reporting abuse
If you received unwanted email sent with GTM Studio, use its unsubscribe link and write to legal@kubegraf.io. We look into every report.
